I work in a collaborative, relational way. This means we’re companions in the process — we explore together, make sense of your experiences together, and move at a pace that feels right for you. You’re the expert in your own life; my role is to support you in noticing patterns, understanding what’s beneath the surface, and approaching your inner world with compassion rather than pressure.
My approach is integrative, drawing mainly on CBT and somatically informed techniques. In practice, this might mean exploring your thoughts and beliefs, while also tuning into how anxiety shows up in your body — whether that’s tension, racing thoughts, restlessness, or a sense of shutting down when things feel overwhelming.
Each session is shaped around what you need on the day. Some days, we might focus on practical tools for managing anxiety, overthinking, or stress. Other days might be about processing feelings, exploring deeper patterns, or simply having space to be heard when things feel heavy.

What I offer is a steady, grounded environment where things can slow down. A space where you can pause, reflect, and gradually create more room for yourself — emotionally, mentally, and physically. Over time, this can help you feel more centred, more understood, and more able to navigate what’s going on inside you.
