I strive to help you navigate life’s challenges and improve your well-being.

I’m an Integrative Counsellor and an Accredited Member (MBACP) of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, with a strong focus on supporting people experiencing anxiety.
I support people who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in their thoughts — whether that shows up as overthinking, feeling on edge, or finding it hard to switch off. My approach is both CBT-informed and somatic-informed, drawing on an understanding of the nervous system to help make sense of what’s happening in mind and body. This allows us to work not just with thoughts, but with the deeper patterns that can keep anxiety feeling stuck or overwhelming.
Alongside my private practice, I have experience working within the public health service, supporting individuals who may be struggling or in crisis. This has shaped the way I work — offering a calm, grounded space where you can feel heard, supported, and safe.
I’ve also worked across Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs) and in voluntary roles supporting individuals and families, which has given me a solid understanding of how life’s pressures can build and impact wellbeing.
I offer sessions online or face-to-face in a calm, comfortable setting in Burscough. The space has off-road parking and is well served by public transport, making it easy to access.
